Massage Therapy is Crystal’s second career, after working as an Architectural Technologist for close to two decades. Knowing first-hand how a career can create physiological change and functional conditions in the body is where she likes to dedicate her focus, helping her clients undo the compounded stress they put their bodies through every day. Crystal offers Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Massage, Prenatal massage, Myofascial Cupping, Thai Massage, and Prenatal Thai Massage.

Outside the clinic, Crystal works as a Yoga Therapist, where she works with trauma survivors and those looking for a trauma sensitive approach to healing. Currently both a 2200hr Massage Therapist and is completing her 1000hr Yoga Therapist designation and has begun her studies towards 1000hr Ayurvedic Practitioner.

When not supporting clients, Crystal can be found out at the lake where she spends her downtime with her husband and two children.
