JoyAnn was born and raised in central Alberta, where she has spent the last 13 years as a Medical Office Assistant/Unit Clerk.

She knew in early 2018 that massage was in her future. JoyAnn believes the whole body's functional and structural mobility needs to be maintained as part of personal health and normalizing the body's own potential to self-regulate and heal.

In 2017, JoyAnn earned her certificate in Foot Reflexology at the Alberta Institute of Massage and then graduated with honours from the Alberta Institute of Massage with her 2200hr Diploma in Advanced Massage Therapy in January 2023. She has since acquired her certification in Dynamic Cupping. As she continues her education with the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada, she will soon be offering Manual Osteopathy services!

She uses her skills to make sure every client can feel their best and maintain a high standard quality of living that everyone deserves. In her spare time, she is with her family and two large dogs going out on longs walks, hiking, camping, or paddle boarding trips.
