Valerie graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2009. Over the years she has received certification in numerous modalities but specializes in therapeutic treatments, athletic massage, pre/post natal, myofascial cupping and therapeutic stretching.

Valerie has always believed in a holistic approach to your treatment. She works alongside the other practitioners in your life to compliment what they are helping you with.

In her younger years Valerie did a lot of long distance running and understands what athletic training and competition requires for recovery. She also spent a lot of time at a desk job and supports the office worker with their repetitive strain issues.

Her goal is to help you where you’re at and to help you move to where you should be.
